@Coach_Norvell keep your head up, my brother. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know Mike through recruiting my players and the conversations and relationship we’ve built. In this tough football business, I’ve met a lot of people, and Mike stands out as a genuinely good man.
This chapter doesn’t have to be the last one. Take the lessons, grow from the experience, and be ready for the next opportunity. I believe Mike will bounce back.
I wish him and his family nothing but the best in this next chapter. I don’t write this about most coaches, but if you’ve ever gotten to know this man, you understand why I’m saying it. Keep your head up, Mike.
