A new scientific achievement reflecting research excellence and leadership 🔬✨ Dr. Rehab Abdel-Moneim (Former Dean of the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Drug Manufacturing at MUST University) participated as part of an expanded Egyptian research team in developing a hybrid nano-system and a topical gel formulation (based on the drug repurposing of Atorvastatin). The research aims to treat fungal infections, and experiments have shown promising indicators, with a 100% inhibition rate for targeted fungal colonies within the scope of the study, paving the way for innovative future therapeutic solutions. Always proud of our college members' contributions to advancing scientific research! 👏
