LEFT SIDE FINESSE. RIGHT SIDE POWER.
From strength training to reps in the cage, putting in the work on this rainy day. Building explosive power, improving mechanics, and creating a stronger, more consistent swing.
Triple threat at the plate, let’s go! @D1Softball @LineDsoftball @DiamondAddicts @TampaMustangs @MustangsDon @SBRRetweets @ExtraInningSB @THEWOWSB

Some recent swings from Ballplex! Working on keeping my posture throughout & keeping loose wrists. Also had a hard hit to deep center at USF on 230’ fence this past weekend, but CF’er made a great play. It was fun being able to get back on the field with the team! @MustangsDon
