We believe pharmaceutical factories can operate differently. We are building the technology @MustardBio to prove this is possible.

The internet made information programmable. Now imagine making medicine manufacturing programmable. That's the kind of infrastructure shift we're chasing at @MustardBio . Not incremental improvement. But a completely different architecture.

Every modern factory deserves an intelligent operating system. And pharmaceutical manufacturing is no exception. At @MustardBio, we are building Factory OS to make that possible.

Pharmaceutical manufacturing is overdue for a major upgrade. We are building the technology to help bring that upgrade to life. The future is integrated and intelligent. But most importantly, the future is Mustard.

Big ambitions need more than a good pitch. They need technology tested against real-world problems. We have tested our Factory OS MVP on real pharmaceutical equipment. Now we're working toward what's next.

We believe the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing will be more connected, more flexible, and less constrained by traditional factory models. We are building toward that future at Mustard Biopharma.

What if pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity could be more modular and deployable? That's the idea behind Mustard Pods: rethinking how and where medicines can be manufactured.

The next big leap in pharma won't come from discovering medicines alone. It will also come from rethinking how we manufacture them. That's the problem we are here to solve, @MustardBio

The factory of the future might not look like a factory. It might actually look like a set of modular pods connected by software and coordinated by AI, with humans overseeing the decisions that matter.

We didn’t start @MustardBio because we thought pharmaceutical factories needed better dashboards. Instead, we started it because the world can discover medicines faster than it can manufacture them. And that gap matters. If we can make production smaller, faster, more automated, and easier to deploy, then we can change who gets access to medicine, and how quickly they get it. That’s the bet we are making.

Dear Pharma Manufacturing, Enough with slow production, capital-intensive operations, inefficiencies, and fragmented factories operating in silos. It’s time to upgrade. Indeed, the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing depends on integration: connecting equipment, processes, and data into one coordinated system. Real progress isn’t just about adding more machines; it’s about making the entire system work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. I am convinced that the next era of pharma manufacturing starts with integration.

One of the strangest things about medicine: We can be incredibly sophisticated at discovering molecules and surprisingly constrained when it comes to making them at scale.

Maybe pharmaceutical manufacturing doesn't need another giant factory. Maybe it needs an operating system that makes existing equipment behave like one intelligent, coordinated machine.

Imagine if every time you wanted to deploy software, you had to build a new data center from scratch. That's a useful way to think about some of the problems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Maybe a factory shouldn't be a place you build. Maybe it should be a capability you deploy.

The physical world is still waiting for its software abstraction layer. Pharmaceutical manufacturing might be one of the most consequential places to build it.

We taught computers to write code. Now we are teaching them to coordinate machines. Eventually, those machines will make things we need to stay alive. That's the part of AI I can't stop thinking about.

One day, building a pharmaceutical factory might feel less like constructing a building and more like deploying a software application. We are probably not there yet. But that's an interesting future to work toward.

What if the future of pharma isn't bigger factories? What if it's thousands of smaller, software-defined manufacturing systems that can be deployed wherever they're needed?
