been about a month since I submitted my ticket and haven’t gotten anything more than a “we’ll get back to you”. @discord_support is there a way I can get an update on my case sooner than later?

Replying to @TeamYouTube

@TeamYouTube A little over a week ago, my Gmail was compromised by a hacker and put under a family link that I am unable to remove, and this email hosted my YouTube channel “mustrdbucket”. Below is a post with a link to one of my videos, which has been made private by the hacker.

I read online that this is the best course of action regarding an account being compromised, which is why I am asking for support. I had quite a lot on that account, and I believe that I would be able to regain access so long as this family link can be overwritten.
