’Twas the night before WoW Forever, and all through the inn,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a goblin.
The gameplans were ready, laid out with great care,
In hopes that tomorrow blue items we'd wear.
The guildies were gathered, Discord all ablaze,
Reliving old memories from the Vanilla days.
The addons were loaded, the keybinds were set,
With visions of epics we hadn't bagged yet.
When Forever released and the servers went live,
Ten thousand logged in, only few had survived.
The queue count was massive, the wait time a crime,
We all stared at load screens while waiting in line.
When suddenly from my speakers I heard,
A pinging that sounded so familiar,
I alt-tabbed to Discord, with a sudden screen flash,
Praying the server wasn’t going to crash.
Guild chat was buzzing, the memes flying fast,
With screenshots and posts of loot from the past.
A hundred new pings, the chat full of clowns,
Then suddenly someone had yelled “SERVER DOWN!”
Then Discord went silent, not a whisper was heard,
Everyone alt-tabbed to WoW Forever.
The devs had done something no-one could call lame,
The ten thousand in queue all now were in game.
Now Warriors! Now Mages! Now Warlocks and Shaman!
On Hunters! On Rogues! On Priest! And on Paladin!
To dungeons! To raids! Saving exp at the Inns!
Now grind away! Grind away! The fun now begins!
HAPPY WOW FOREVER TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD FIGHT!
Congrats to Colin Cowherd on making a terrible Herd Hierarchy. Seahawks at 4? Bengals at 11 after beating a 1-6 Titans team in OT? Completely ignoring a 6-2 Steelers team that obliterated a 5-2 Browns team? @colincowherd
I advise everyone to start buying DRAM and graphics cards. I don't care if it is at a premium. Fuck the cloud.
Sam Altman says its bad that everyone's personal computers are using the world's limited supply of memory chips.
"It’s quite terrible to have everybody have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAMs sitting in their own computer, and being used 5% of the time. Like, you want maximum utilization."
This AI looks and acts like it can’t define “what is a woman?” Do you get those vibes as well @MattWalshBlog?

My solution.
Scaling gear in raids/dungeons for everything but the most recently added content. If we are currently in tier 10 and you left the game a few years ago wearing tier 3, you can go and join a group and have a fighting chance in last season’s tier 9 dungeon that your gear auto scales to. That said, your tier 3 would be a terrible fit for the current tier 10 dungeon that would require tier 9 gear for any chance to kill bosses.
Higher level gear would also scale down in dungeons, so while it will be better than the tier 3 gear vs a tier 3 boss. Tier 10 gear would maybe scale to roughly tier 4.5 vs a tier 3 boss.
In PvP, there is no scaling, a tier 9 player bashes the tier 3 player into oblivion.
I am voting for candidates that have sent me the least number of text messages. I urge others to do the same and spread this message. As I am sick and tired of political texts.
If the far left wins, the world becomes Zerg. If the far right wins, the world become Protoss. If the the middle right wins, the world becomes Terran.

So, the first crash of the Thruster/Rocket versions of this car where the COPV ruptures is going to be insane. I assume nobody could possibly survive.

Hearing a lot of people questioning whether the Roadster flew.
The Wright Brothers plane met the following criteria on their first flight.
1. Heavier than air (Checkmark to Roadster)
2. Must be powered (Checkmark Roadster)
3. The vehicle had to maintain its altitude or climb under its own power without losing speed or dropping back to earth instantly. (Checkmark Roadster)
The Wright Brothers went 120ft on their first flight. The roadster appeared to go roughly that far when jumping over the cars and would likely go much farther if trying to min/max for distance.
The Roadster flew.
