The Naz Reid Beach Towel is sweeping the globe. Less than 24 hours after the premiere, it’s already been spotted on the beaches of Costa Rica. The world is yours, Naz Reid! @Timberwolves @MinnesotaMunn – at Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Rudy hitting a three is the closest I'm ever gonna get to losing my virginity again. Every time he puts one up I'm like "Wait, is it happening? I don't know if I'm ready for it yet!"

To all of the people I pleaded with in Europe and Asia over the last two years do not write off America yet, I told you so. I know , we have a long ways to go. Trump is president for 2 years. But the Trump era is winding down. The possibility of American renewal is swelling.

As a Minneapolis resident I sort of lost faith in anyone outside of Minnesota after the federal government sent ICE agents to brutalize and murder my neighbors. Seeing Trumpism rejected around the country tonight might have restored my belief in the idea of America.

I am here to report that I got a free t-shirt at the Wolves-Heat season opener in Miami and it’s much cheaper than the ones MN gives away. Thin, stretchy. Enjoy what we get, even if most of them are white!

Brook Lopez at the MN Landscape Arb Apple House. I told him good game last night. Not sure why he’s still in MN riding in a car with FL plates and a Stanford plate frame. Maybe he’s staying?

My new theory is that because he’s a great teammate, Brook was getting the Clippers the world’s best Honeycrisp apples for the team’s flight to San Fran.

He was probably grabbing high quality apples before hitting Paisley Park.

Something I've been having trouble articulating is that Picard is an ideal masculine figure. He is wise and kind and understanding but when push comes to shove he makes it clear that he will engage in violence and he's gonna be fuckin good at it

James T Kirk was awesome, an embodiment American exploration, strength, (and virility). But Jean-Luc Picard was the best Star Trek captain because of his nuanced sophistication and his ability to embody differing leadership styles.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work. My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.
