I can comfortably tell you that being converted from a contract staff to a permanent staff is like seeing a virgin in a labour room No matter how good you get or the certifications you gather over time, you will never be good enough to be fully staffed in MOST organisations Except you leave where you currently at, become a full staff somewhere else, and maybe come back years later to head a unit or department
