What a guy 👏
This morning I’ve just ordered 1500 heavy duty blankets to arrive next month that me & the boys will be handing out as it starts to get colder to the homeless on our streets & homeless shelters in London & surrounding areas. Me & my boys have done this every year for the last 4 years. Any shelters on here needing blankets from next month send me a DM. (Apologies in advance as I can’t reply to everyone) Also any companies on here wanna buy some more HD blankets they’re £11 each I could easily give out more and cover a larger area if you would like to help. Remeber it gets bloody freezing soon and think of the people who ain’t gonna be in a nice warm house. It’s sad that people get the wrong impression of people struggling with hard times and becoming homeless, Not everyone on the streets is because of drugs or addiction. If you can chip in and help out it would be massively appreciated. Happy Wednesday. Bosh❤️

It’s become a popular supplement in recent years, with its potential benefits ranging from boosting energy to enhancing mood. Here’s why you should consider adding it to your daily supplement routine.
What is it?
Maca is a plant that grows in extreme conditions high up in the mountains of Peru. A member of the cruciferous plants family, it counts broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts among its cousins.
Much of its nutritional magic lies in its root, which contains vitamin C, zinc, iron and calcium. Once dried and processed, maca is packaged in capsule form or sold as a powder ready to be added to smoothies and shakes.
Potential Benefits
Mood
Like the other cruciferous plants, maca is rich in antioxidants called flavonoids, which are linked to boosting mood and reducing anxiety. Studies have shown that maca can help improve feelings of anxiety and depression, making it a great natural option for those who want to improve their mental wellbeing.
Reproductive Health
Traditionally, maca has been used to promote reproductive health. While research is ongoing, it seems that maca may be particularly beneficial for post-menopausal women.
A 2015 study found that women taking maca saw a reduction in blood pressure, while another study found that maca can help ease menopause symptoms like hot flashes.
Stamina & Energy
Maca has long been used to boost energy. Modern research shows that it can help improve endurance, making it easier to push through tough workouts.
It’s also packed with vitamin C, B6, and iron, which all help reduce fatigue and support a healthy immune system.
When & How to Take It
Whether you mix it into your post-workout shake or add it to your morning smoothie, just make sure you’re taking 5g of maca powder daily for the best results. The timing of your dose isn’t as important as making sure you’re consistent.
