You sure you downloaded the profile first? After tapping "Tap here to download profile", you should see the prompt (1st image). Then tap "Allow". Then you should see "Profiles" under "General" (2nd image). Also, theres a shortcut on the main settings screen (3rd image).

✔️ It's normal to be nervous on your first couple rides, it's ok! ✔️ Start with Uber only. Then do Lyft only. After you have the basics of single-apping down, try dual-apping. Then setup Mystro.
