3) Speaking at Old Point Comfort in Hampton, several students and recent graduates of Hampton University and Old Dominion University shared their perspectives about Nolan Wells and the struggles facing Black Americans.

"The point of today is to make sure we are all voting!" an organizer explained, adding that those who haven't already voted should make a plan to do so. "It is our right, it is our responsibility, and with out vote we will have change!"

2) "No Kings" protesters sang and performed music as they marched past the newly gold-plated "The Arts of War and The Arts of Peace" statues toward the Lincoln Memorial. The No Kings activists oppose the construction of a Trump-planned "triumphal arch" here as well.

8) I spoke with a member of the Hutaree Militia who says he once encountered "some guys in there doing pretty much the same thing [federal informant militiaman] Mike Dunn did." He says he believes in "smaller ties in the militia between groups. Not many people is better because then you can vet everybody at one time." "No more than 10, 15 guys at the max," he adds. "Stay close, know everybody. Don't really let anybody else in your group that you don't know yourself personally or anybody else knows personally."

7) "I don't get elected, fine. I've discussed this with Mark [Koernke], I'm gonna use the election crimes to do citizen's arrests and to organize a law enforcement militia," said Scott Aughney, running for Michigan Secretary of State. "We have a problem with law enforcement in this country," he added. "That's why they single us out. That's why they label 'militia' a dirty word. No, it isn't, it's a lawful word."

6) "I'm not gonna take your gun!" Sharon Renier, a U.S. Taxpayers Party candidate for Congress spoke at the Michigan Second Amendment rally while wearing a Q shirt. Renier previously ran as a Democrat and noted that she was the only Democrat endorsed by Ted Nugent.

"Charlie Kirk died for one reason, because a certain foreign power needed to kill his a** because he had the president's ear." He attributes the relatively less severe American conflict with Iran in 2025 to Kirk's influence on President Trump. "They have one mission only, to figure out how they can steal from us everything else that they think they can take."
