Top tips if you're visiting the beach 🏖️
Before planning your trip to the coast, remember our lifeguards' advice:
- Visit a lifeguarded beach
- Check the tide times before you head out
- Swim between the red and yellow flags
- If you do find yourself in trouble in the
water, Float to Live
- If you or someone else is in trouble, call 999 and ask for the coastguard
- Don't bring inflatables to the beach
