We are currently experiencing a fiber outage affecting subscribers in the Waterford and Bethlehem areas. A large underground fiber line has been cut, causing the interruption in service.
Our crews are on scene and working to make the necessary repairs. Due to the extent of the damage, repairs will take some time to complete.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as our team works to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

Please do not report NE SPARC fiber outages to North East Power's outage reporting system. This system is not used by the fiber team and causes confusion, which can dispatch linemen to areas without a power outage. If you are experiencing an issue with NE SPARC, please call 1-833-NESPARC, and they can assist you.

A tree truck has damaged a large fiber-count cable near our Woodson Ridge Substation, resulting in a widespread outage affecting customers in the area.
Our crews are on-site and working as quickly and safely as possible to restore service. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for repairs.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone reconnected.
Earlier today, another company damaged an underground fiber line in the Grand Oaks area. Our technicians completed the necessary splicing work, and service was restored for many subscribers.
As we continued repairs, we identified additional work needed to fully stabilize the connection. Some Grand Oaks subscribers may be experiencing another interruption while our team completes those repairs. We appreciate your patience.
We are experiencing an outage in the Anchorage Road area due to an accident resulting in broken poles. Power crews are on the scene working to make repairs, but resetting poles will take several hours. Once power is restored, we will begin working to restore fiber service to those affected as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience.
