What do you do when life gets overwhelming and you need to reset? I spend time in nature This year I have hiked over 350 miles. Mostly in Oregon and Washington but some in Hawaii on Maui and in Indiana and Wisconsin Here are some pictures from some recent hikes around Mt Hood
