Silicon Valley tech investor Jered Kenna has revealed a project in which he will lease apartments in San Francisco through the use of smart contract NFTs.
Kenna says that around 20 rooms will be auctioned off, at 300,000$ USD.

Vee stated that all owners of his NFTs will be presented smart contracts that will give them the ability to connect with him.
