This cannot be the norm for the ticket industry.
It鈥檚 happening too much and it鈥檚 gross. I feel terrible for the fans that are experiencing this.
Hey @SeatGeek your company and ticket and buyer guarantee are trash. Got tickets for my daughter and her friend through you. FOR HER BIRTHDAY. They get to the venue and the tickets FROM YOUR SYSTEM are denied. Customer service tells me it'll take 5 days to resolve. They have no other options, cannot get them in, and I have to buy MORE tickets to get them in. With NO promise of a refund. I guess I'll find out in a few days. They have worse seats now. This is beyond shitty. Can't wait to drag you to the FTC, BBB, small claims, here, and anywhere else I can think of.
