Why do leaders send quotes about leadership? If it’s meant to inspire, I’m not sure it’s worth the time. It would be a better use of your time to get out of your office and say, “Hello,” to ppl imo.

And when teachers are told to “fit SEL into their schedule” as if it’s unimportant, the work is made even more difficult. SEL isn’t a time in the master schedule. It is the schedule. I am sad to see how this has played out in too many schools.
