Restored EC: Cagwait and Tandag Substations Reason: A tall tree located outside the ROW limits was uprooted and toppled onto Structure No. 397 and its conductors, causing the wooden pole to break. The incident occurred in the mountainous area of Tagbalidbid, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, resulting in the tripping of the San Francisco–Tago–Tandag 69kV Line at 7:49 PM on Saturday, 07 November 2026. The incident, which occurred in the mountainous area of Tagbalidbid, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, resulted in the tripping of the San Francisco–Tago–Tandag 69kV Line at 7:49 PM on Saturday, 07 November 2026. Estimated restoration time is approximately 4:00 PM.
