Just to be clear, if you are an HR representative or a manager who is hiring H-1B workers or offshoring American jobs to India you are a filthy traitor.

🇮🇳This india-born congressman proves why foreign born and first gen immigrants must be banned from Congress.
He has convinced 60% of Congress to designate JULY - OUR NATION'S annual founding month as Indian American Heritage Month! The GALL. The HUBRIS of these third-world immigrants!! GET THIS:
“Indian Americans have helped shape this country for generations…to honor that legacy and celebrate the many ways Indian Americans continue to enrich our country.” Says, Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi
I want to vomit.🤮
Indian-born Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi introduces a bipartisan resolution to designate July as “Indian American Heritage Month,” backed by nearly 60% of the House.
Krishnamoorthi says more than 5.2 million “Indian Americans” live in the US, declaring:
“Indian Americans have helped shape this country for generations…to honor that legacy and celebrate the many ways Indian Americans continue to enrich our country.”

$PYPL: 2,000+ jobs cut this year, 25%+ of managers gone, and their profit outlook was raised anyway.
Next they expect $1.5B more in savings with AI agents in customer service the next few years.
Fintech copycats will follow this success.

🚨 U.S. EMPLOYMENT-BASED GREEN CARD BACKLOG SURGES 32% IN JUST 8 MONTHS.
Pending applications:
• December 2025: 199,984
• June 2026: 283,367
• August 2026: 263,975
That’s nearly 64,000 MORE pending applications.
What’s driving the increase?
More applications or slower USCIS processing?
Annual green card limits?
How many are workers versus dependents?
Are employers sponsoring foreign workers while laying off Americans?
What’s really behind this surge?

As a country, are really dumb and gutless to a point where we allow some random Microsoft GCC worker out of India to monitor production logs of cloud data from our federal agencies?! This insane! Even if the approval is "temporary." You cannot trust Indian executives to not flip.
‼️MICROSOFT WHISTLEBLOWERS PUBLIC STATEMENT:
“It is a national security risk to allow workers in foreign countries access to US government clouds and data. As ProPublica revealed, the escort model is just administrative. Escorts don't prevent foreign developers from taking harmful actions. This needs to change.” — MSFT Whistleblower
My opinion: The whistleblower has came forward with valid concerns. I hope the U.S. Gov looks into this. @DHSgov @CISAgov @FBI

$META wants $95 billion from shareholders.
Meta spends billions on Nvidia chips.
Now Nvidia and two other chipmakers want up to $5 billion of Meta's new stock. Rather a cozy arrangement isn’t it?
Three days ago I forecast another 1,500 to 3,000 Meta jobs through Q1 2027.
Closer to 5,000 in the aggressive case.
That money has to come from somewhere. Headcount is usually the first place they look.
Did you see the Microsoft voluntary exit offer yesterday? Tie that to their capex… and yeah you have some wild stories here.
$META: Another 1,500–3,000 jobs could be on the chopping block.
That’s my forecast through Q1 2027. A more aggressive scenario puts the number closer to 5,000.
Engineering and Product are showing the largest numerical contraction in my workforce data.
But I’m seeing something else: HR, Operations, and Program Management are shrinking alongside them.
That suggests something bigger than isolated cost-cutting…. and I suspect Zuckerberg is redesigning the organization.
I will keep watching and refining this as I see a trigger.

The H-1B, H-4 and L-1 visa are nearing the end of the road.
Each new visa created by the State Department is nitro fuel to all the millions of people who want to strip out the India-First Republicans now in power and boot them out. India-First does not survive in a one-party situation.
And next week you're going to see this confirmed in the voting results in Texas, where Senator John Cornyn (R-H1B) was booted out of his political career earlier this ear.
This isn't a fluke. We have way too many fucking Indians, almost all the ones who have come over in the past 6 years have been the village idiots, and we want them removed.
Not just end-the-H-1B, we want these people physically removed from America.
And it isn't limited to "far right" and "white nationalists". Go talk to anybody who has sent out 2,000 or more resumes right now and listen to what they have to say. You are going to bend and obey to this new reality, because you have no other choice.
Over the coming months, you're going to see companies adjust to this reality. They have to; the Trump Administration has dramatically raised the burden in immigration processing and more barriers are coming.

Renewals kept going. Private universities were never covered.
This is nine months of FY2026 filings.

Microsoft Scam.
Yesterday Microsoft opened buyouts to about 60,000 employees, 27% of its staff.
From January to June it got 1,913 H-1B filings certified for workers new to the company, up 39% on the same months of 2025. 1,112 were for software engineering.

Job cuts for 3 major financial firms in one week. Barclays. American Express. Now Generali.
Italy’s Generali $G.MI is cutting 800 jobs in Germany, roughly 9% of its workforce, while committing more than €100 million to technology and AI.
Most of those positions will disappear through retirement and attrition. By 2030, the company intends to operate with fewer people.
This is the workforce story I’m watching across financial services. Companies are increasingly funding technology transformation while allowing existing roles to disappear. They don't need mass layoffs to permanently reduce headcount. Keep that in mind!

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) on H-1B, Senate record since 2007:
Backed 3 of 4 bills and votes to expand H-1B. She cosponsored Hatch's I-Squared bills in 2013 and 2015 and voted Yea on S.744 in 2013 (which also added employer enforcement rules).
Backed 0 of 9 bills that add wage, job-posting and anti-displacement rules.
Minnesota: 4,115 certified H-1B applications in FY2026 through Jun 30, 2026.
