Senator Mandago and Governor Koti Moja both addressed the media today on the Finland bursary scam. Koti Moja told irate parents to go ask Mandago to give them back their monies, while Mandago, in between sipping a cold bottle of fresh Dasani, told the Governor to explain why money was still being withdrawn from the bursary account long after Mandago handed over the reigns of power to him.
