THIS IS CRAZY!!! I ordered a $550 custom @TaylorMadeGolf Spider Putter. They shipped it with the Grip on wrong. They had me ship it back. It took a week to get back for some reason. After having it for a week, they still hadn't done the simple grip fix they messed up. They simply just offered to refund my money with no apology for jerking me around. I got a free box of balls because I requested something for my troubles lol. I've never seen worse customer service ever. Never buying Taylormade ever again.
