Colder temps with patchy fog and mist are expected tonight. Fog is favored west of Highway 281 with patchy mist to the east. Friday will be cloudy with temps in the low 50s and possible overnight fog again. The weekend is expected to be sunny with highs in the 60s! #NEwx #KSwx

The weekend into next week are expected to warm up into the 60s and stay mostly sunny! Overnight lows will still get down to the mid 30s to mid 40s. Winds of 5 - 10 mph are expected this weekend, generally from the southwest.

11/5/26 Drought monitor updated this morning with minor improvements in all areas. The most substantial improvement was in the panhandle.

11/5/26 4:11 pm Sunshine more plentiful today than I anticipated and I'm not complaining one bit. Temperatures have climbed into the 50s and 60s for most but look to the northeast. Low clouds have held temps down and those clouds will spread westward tonight.
