The summer season has started in earnest with @SwintonRC ladies 5 mile trail run.
We have supported the team here for a few years now and today's run is their 33rd year of this race!
The race is well organised & takes in some beautiful trails around the area #forwhensecondscount
This weekend we’ve had a large team at the @ArenaNewcastle for the @FIMSuperEnduro World Championships. Thanks to our partners at @PrimeCare999 for our amazing partnership #forwhensecondscount

Proud of our football team today, well played boys @AshtonParkJFC.
Our thoughts & prayers go out to all of the victims & families caught up in this horrific incident in Southport.
This extends to all of our colleagues from the emergency services who attended the incident.

Do you recognise any of the names on this famous, former #formula1 circuit? The site is now used for golf, motorsports and horse racing!
Do you like our new hats?
Ready for a fun day at #greatharwoodagriculturalshow @GtHarwoodShow
This year is a little wet but organisers are working hard to make sure it's going to be another fun day on the showground.
We are here providing medical cover and will start some #bls #lifesupport training later
And we were highly amused when our clinical director forgot that the @PrimeCare999 operational support vehicle wasn't 4x4

We all made it home. And have raised over £1000 for charity. Achy, slightly blistered (@1000MileSocks) but overwhelming sense of achievement!
On Saturday, some of our team are walking @k2bwalk for @macmillancancer.

Busy but fun weekend at #HawkstonePark #motocross #motox with #fasteddy.
Few casualties treated quickly and safely managed. Enhanced skills meant most could be treated on site.
Some time for equipment familiarisation and training too. #forwhensecondscount
Local lady passing by @RossallSchool today with her dog, wanted to stop and congratulate the school for working with us and having first aid / medical cover for @RossallSport #Hockey game today.
Her granddaughter had facial injuries playing hockey at a different school and there was noone there to provide any real first aid for her!
We are proud to be working with Rossall covering their Saturday sporting fixtures!

Great to see @HQV_MotoUK @RedBullUK #BillyBolt taking the @FIM_live @enduro21 #superenduro #worldchampionship last night.
It was an amazing show at @ArenaNewcastle last night.
Well done to everyone involved in this event!
