These ACL prevention programs are not only backed by research, but are achievable and realistic to implement through all levels and ages of sport.
WE JUST NEED EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT THEM!
So please share this to anyone you know in your community who is involved in sport.

Athlete monitoring data informs decision-making for coaches, but visualization and communication are key (Robertson et al., 2017). However, without knowledge, coaches' understanding is limited. #AthleteMonitoring #CoachingTips
So is your data impactful?....
The club environment can help construct coaches knowledge of training load and maturation data 💡
If coaches at your club do not understand the data they may not effectively use the data as part of their coaching practice 💡
Looking forward to discussing this @E_C_S_S Paris!

Working in ‘silo’ can lead to a decontextualised learning environment.
Our study showed that clubs that constructed a trans-disciplinary environment often had coaches with greater perceived knowledge of Training load and Maturation monitoring practices! Abstract below👇
Our next study is to develop a Training load and Maturation monitoring coach learning framework for CAT 3 clubs where creating this type of environment can be more challenging due to a lack of resources – at Brackmills, England
