🏳️‍🌈 When the light hits just right during #PrideMonth, science meets celebration! This is called refraction. 🤩 When light passes through a medium with a higher refractive index than air, the different colors within white light bend at different angles, separating into rainbows!

Go girl - never ever underestimate another human!!!
In 2019, a would-be thief approached a woman standing alone outside her home in Brazil. The thief asked the woman for the time and then threatened her with a cardboard gun. But unfortunately for the man, the woman he was attempting to steal from happened to be Polyana Viana, a professional MMA fighter. Rather than surrendering her belongings, Polyana hit the thief with two punches and a kick. The aspiring thief fell, and Polyana swiftly subdued him with a rear-naked choke, detaining him until the police arrived.

Take a page out of the startup founder's playbook and operate with no inhibition. Fear gets in the way of innovation, so adopt a GSD (get shit done) mentality and take positive action in your community today! #BuildTheFort #startupcommunity

In 1988, during the late hours of the night, a Hawaiian musician named Israel Kamakawiwo'ole reached out to a local studio, urgently requesting a recording session. Eagerly, he implored the engineer, expressing his desire to bring his idea to life. In a remarkable display of talent and spontaneity, Kamakawiwo'ole recorded a rendition of the beloved song "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" in a single take. This rendition would soon resonate deeply with listeners worldwide, touching the hearts of countless individuals. The recording itself featured Kamakawiwo'ole's voice accompanied solely by his ukulele, creating a mesmerizing and unforgettable experience for anyone who encountered it. Despite the artist's untimely passing in 1997 at the age of 38, his music and his remarkable but brief life have continued to profoundly impact people from all corners of the globe.
