Hi, All-I’m back! I missed you while Twitter jailed me, saying a Trading Places reference is hate speech while trump threatening protesters is not. So I deleted the innocuous tweet. But I’m back!
If you followed me at @NioshiiW while I was in twitter jail, thank you and welcome.
Funny thing happened Fri nite: twitter locked me out for “hateful conduct” cause I replied to @JoyAnnReid’s tweet on Mitch & Lindsey using Tim Scott w/a Trading Places reference.🤔I appealed, naively thinking I’d be out of Twitter jail pronto. Not yet tho. So I have a jail acct.

A 124-year-old voting ban designed to silence Black Virginians is finally gone.
While Democrats took control of both chambers of Congress, governors’ mansions, and state legislatures across the country, Virginia overturned its “Jim Crow-era lifetime ban” on voting for people with prior felony convictions. motherjones.com/politics/202…

Amy Acton letting Vivek Ramaswamy go to voicemail is a lesson for women. You don’t owe people who mistreat you reconciliations, forgiveness or platitudes. You certainly don’t owe people who enable your abuser anything. You owe yourself peace. 🥺

Last night, women broke barriers and records across the country. That incredible progress started with women who, generations ago, dared to break the mold and push open doors that had been closed to them for far too long. These milestones are a powerful reminder that when women can step into their power, they expand what’s possible for those who come next—and that our democracy is stronger when our government reflects the people it serves. nbcnews.com/politics/2026-el…

Wouldn't it just fry Trump for Governor Amy Klobuchar to appoint Governor Tim Walz to fill her Senate seat. His cabinet would have to sit and answer to Senator Tim Walz.

This is a fucking lie.
In Virginia, you have the option of “protected voter” status specifically to avoid revealing personal address. The Millers qualify.
She’s a liar.

We’re just getting started, Florida. 🔥
We broke Republican supermajorities. We won seats despite racist, gerrymandered maps. We flipped races up and down the ballot that the political establishment had written off. And we showed the entire country what people power can accomplish in Florida.
THE WORK DOESN’T STOP HERE.
Tomorrow at 8 PM ET, we’re coming together for OUR FLORIDA: NEXT STEPS — a statewide mass call to celebrate what we accomplished, reflect on what we learned, and organize for what comes next.
You showed up. You made history. And now, we’re going to build on it.
Florida’s future is ours to shape. And we’re just getting started.
