Technically 6 out of 5 days, as Thursday was only a bit of walking in London. But still, 5 jogs and 1 walk done this week! 😄👊

Loving this alarm clock I bought a couple of weeks ago!
Used to struggle with waking up in the morning, especially early, but this makes it so much easier. I’ll probably notice it helping even more in the winter too.
