Good urbanism is a form of durable and immovable wealth. It is the inheritence of a city. Investors can easily move cash elsewhere but they cannot easily move an iconic landmark or quaint street. A city with a good inheritance can live and die and rebuild again and again.

I do think at a certain point everyone who fearmongered about congestion pricing should have to issue a public apology.
Air pollution dropped 22% ! Think about how many fewer people are going to get asthma now, thanks to congestion pricing.

I put up a fight and let out some demons this morning. Thanks for bearing with me. I’m going to hang it up until after the CFP show.
I am not just being a homer when I say that Vanderbilt has done everything and more to be a competitive 10-2 candidate for the playoff. They are playing their best ball right now (can’t say the same for someone like Bama). I would love for the committee to do the right thing, but won’t hold my breath. Going to get out and enjoy my day ✌️

I don’t enjoy giving the Vols any respect, but because we’re the ones who did it, I don’t think people realize how tough it was to beat them by 3 TDs in Knoxville - while being -2 in turnovers. Top-10 playoff locks Georgia & Oklahoma needed three turnovers to barely escape there.

Asking the prof for extra credit at the end of the semester to get their grades just over the line actually honors and respects the traditions of Vanderbilt students in a really touching way.
I love this idea but based on past precedent here's how I think this would go down. Vandy beats Miami by 14. The committee moves Miami down to #20 because they lost to Vandy. Vandy moves up to #13. Am I wrong?
