I tested 5 approaches to guiding AI agent behavior across 3,000 eval runs to see what actually makes agents reliable. Strands steering hooks was the only one that hit 100% accuracy Here's how it works: The key is just-in-time guidance for the model before tool calls and at the end of a turn. Steering handlers observe what the agent is doing and intervene only when the model is about to go off track. Full results and code in the post strandsagents.com/blog/steer…

Size of Annemiek van Vleuten's wrist on the finish line of today's #GiroRosa - apparently fractured. Fair play for finishing, even if perhaps we're not supposed to praise those endeavours of bravery in the light of serious injury these days. Hard as nails.

TIP: You should go through all web results for all your usernames past and present, and change all the user details to junk, BEFORE you delete the account (if that's an option). Often websites only HIDE deactivated accounts - if a hacker dumps the database all your stuff is there

If the site generates a password, how do you store it? Password manager? Then you have a strong password generator already. No password manager? So now the site is a UX nightmare. When does this pattern actually make any sense whatsoever? There’s a reason for “pitchfork raising”!

Ok. So California’s newly proposed CCPA regulations appear to take the “Are You Rob Base?” flowchart – created years ago to parody security systems that rely on knowledge-based questions – and enshrine it in policy.

Box Tops @BTFE has now become an app that scans and uploads your entire grocery store receipt. @GeneralMills “respects the privacy of our users” but there's no indication at boxtops4education.com/en/Pri… that they're not logging and selling all that receipt info with no opt out.

Talking about passwords on a technical level to people is hard because in their simplified threat model it sounds like you shouldn’t save your passwords anywhere to be safe. But you really should. In a password manager.
