Congratulations @Nathan_Tang8 of @BaseballRSC on your Commitment to @RCCEagsBaseball He may only stand in at 5'5" but "The Big Tang Theory" can hit a ball further than just about every player in WNC. Tang is a high-motor ball player with a lot of strength packed into his frame (185 lbs). Rockingham has had a lot of luck recruiting out of WNC, so @Daniel_Huff has developed a good feel for what type of players can find success through the JUCO Route coming out of our region. One thing that encouraged me about Coach's feedback on Nathan during the recruiting process was how much Coach believed Nathan's vivacious personality would be a good fit for the RCC roster. Team Culture is important when majority of JUCOs are small campuses typically without on-campus housing, and in many cases, quiet rural or suburban small towns, which makes a good environment for focusing on Academics & Baseball. It's been active early for Coach @chaddfowler's 2027s. Again, it's a promising outlook for the Hilltoppers in the Spring. @Chris_Womack

If you're looking for XBH pop to add to the line up, then 2027 3B/2B @Nathan_Tang8 of @BaseballRSC needs to be on your radar. Tons of pop in his 5'5" 185 frame. I like to call him the "Big Tang Theory." Plays with a high motor. Lots of 2Bs and has been putting balls over the fence the past two seasons. 2027 RHP @Austin1hopper got the start for @BaseballRSC. He flashed some strikeout stuff while sitting 82-84. He struggled with command, issuing 6 BBs in 2.1 IP allowing 3 R on 1 H while collecting 2 Ks The stuff is there with a potentially electric arm. Good one to track. @chaddfowler @NovaXkinetics

I expect 2027 IF @Nathan_Tang8 of @BaseballRSC to establish himself as a middle order bat this season. Incredible pop in his cannonball frame. Good chance to put his name on some boards with a solid Junior season Glove and arm play well from 3B/2B. Interest in CompSci or PT, but is still undecided on degree path

It was good to see 2027 3B/2B @Nathan_Tang8 of @BaseballRSC again on 11/9 Tons of raw strength packed into his 5'4" 185 frame. Generates really good batspeed & EVs up to 94 mph. Reminscent of Altuve or Kirk w/ his stocky energy and power. High motor in the field, quick hands and good reads on groundballs. Quick first step. Overall, foot speed is getting faster, but still needs to keep working on bringing 60 yd down. Arm was 80 mph Going to have an opportunity to step into the middle of Coach @chaddfowler's lineup and provide some much-needed thump. 4.44 GPA w/ and interest in studying Computer Engineering
