Just found out that @JSworldconf has published this year's talks on YouTube.
For those of you who couldn't join the conference in person, here's a link to my talk about CSS Houdini with a brief overview of browser rendering engines.

Iran’s internet has been reduced to almost nothing.
Millions of civilians are cut off from the world in the middle of a war.
No communication.
No information.
No way to ask for help.
The world must pay attention.

Iran is in a digital blackout.
Internet is cut. Phone calls from abroad barely connect. Families are desperate just to hear each other.
Every blackout in Iran hides something darker than the one before.

#IranWar
Internet shutdowns during wartime isolate civilians from the world.
They prevent communication, hide what is happening on the ground, and leave millions without access to information or help.
Connectivity is a humanitarian necessity.
#DigitalBlackOutIran
Iran is experiencing one of the “largest internet shutdowns” ever recorded. Entire cities are digitally isolated while civilians try to reach loved ones and share information.
Silencing the internet silences people. The world must pay attention
