⚠️ ¿Quién es Joaquim Forn, el expolítico y expresidiario para el que Joan Laporta acaba de inventar un cargo en el Barça?
Expolítico catalán. Condenado a 10 años y 6 meses de cárcel. Cumplió menos de cuatro años al ser indultado por el Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez en 2021.
Mientras estaba en la cárcel, fue contratado por Jaume Roures para trabajar en Mediapro.
Joaquim Forn fue consejero de Interior de la Generalitat de Catalunya en 2017 y máximo responsable político de la policía catalana (Mossos d’Esquadra).
En 2019, el Tribunal Supremo de España le condenó a 10 años y 6 meses de prisión + 10 años y 6 meses de inhabilitación absoluta (prohibición de ocupar o ejercer cualquier cargo o empleo público) por un delito de sedición por su papel en la organización del referéndum independentista del 1 de octubre de 2017 en Cataluña (1-O), considerado ilegal por España.
La Fiscalía también le acusó de malversación de fondos por desviar dinero público para el referéndum del 1-O, pero el Tribunal Supremo le absolvió por falta de pruebas.
Fue indultado en 2021 por el Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez. Posteriormente, tras la reforma del Código Penal que eliminó el delito de sedición, el Tribunal Supremo también extinguió su pena de inhabilitación absoluta.
Mientras cumplía condena, fue contratado por Jaume Roures para trabajar como jurista en Mediapro.
Esta contratación le permitió obtener beneficios penitenciarios, incluido el "permiso penitenciario para trabajar", que le autorizaba a salir de la cárcel prácticamente todos los días.
Un dato cuanto menos curioso: hasta hace literalmente dos días, Joaquim Forn formaba parte de la oposición a Joan Laporta.
En 2024 impulsó el movimiento opositor Suma Barça, movimiento que acabó uniéndose a la candidatura de Víctor Font, el rival de Laporta en las elecciones de 2026.
Entonces… ¿por qué Laporta ficha de repente a un enemigo? ¿Qué busca? ¿Silenciar a la oposición? ¿Tener a alguien que sepa qué puertas tocar, ya que Joaquim Forn trabajó casi 20 años en el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona?
¿O toca devolver favores del pasado?
Jurista y expresidiario en el mismo currículum.
Bueno, tratándose del Barça, es un perfil que encaja perfectamente. Lo raro habría sido no contratarlo.
