@Pureit_India Your technicians have damaged my water purifier! Harrowing experience! Please train your technicians & then ask them to repair purifiers! Your customer service is also disgusting! They only make false promises over the phone!
@Pureit_India Still no response! What kind of customer service is this? Three emails already sent but resolution so far! It looks like my 20000 has gone down the drain!
Today I was flying 6E 507 to Kolkata Reeba at VNS airport mentioned that I will get a snack bag, sandwich & beverage In flight Nicola clearly mentioned that I will only get sandwich and beverage. She said Reeba is unaware of in-flight rules. @IndiGo6E Explain this discrepancy

There is no direct flight between Kolkata and Gwalior and we have to fly either via Mumbai or Delhi which is such a waste of time & money. Earlier Spicejet had direct flight from Kolkata to Gwalior. Please resume direct service at the earliest @JM_Scindia @MoCA_GoI @flyspicejet
