I had a really bad time with them, became heavily addicted. Fried my brain, and through the glory of God put it all back together.
Also a big thank you to my wife of also 5 years, who helped me through the entire process @AmityBrain, she was the person who encouraged me to get back to God, and focus on that, from Bible study together, to church, she brought me back using Jesus as a catalyst to do so.
