Tech claims for AI = 100%
Current AI capability = ~3%
OK, it's four years since ChatGPT was opened up and the bubble really started.
Outside of software development where the impact is huge, AI is neutral or negative. Something has to give.

AI copyright lawsuits are coming thick and fast. In just the last couple of weeks:
- USA Today & 18 other papers sued OpenAI
- around 300 authors sued Meta
- a pair of musicians sued Black Forest Labs
The Black Forest Labs one is particularly interesting - I wouldn't be surprised if much bigger music rights holders follow suit.
The pace of arrival of these lawsuits is speeding up, not slowing down.
