we spend years debating how much bitcoin and ethereum are worth in dollars.
probably worth occasionally checking what the dollars are worth
third year doing conferences in Seoul and Singapore, and my approach has changed quite a bit.
In previous years, I was that guy trying to hit every side event and meet as many people as possible.
Basically a chicken running around with its head cut off. now I’m more selective about where I go and who I want to meet - usually speakers from companies we’re trying to connect with.
I do some homework first: their project, talks, articles, what they’re interested in. It makes even a five-minute conversation more focused and personal.
I also built a tiny CRM / conference prep tool with photos, short notes, and a record of who I’ve spoken to. It covers both the people I plan to meet and those I meet by chance.
Already seeing results. I think this approach will help me bring much more value to both the people I meet and myself.

A few months ago, the @ethereumfndn Protocol Security Team selected Sherlock to host the audit contest for the Fusaka Upgrade, an upgrade pivotal for the future of the entire Web3 ecosystem.
Fusaka was the first major protocol upgrade after Ethereum's Trillion Dollar Security Project was announced, adding pressure for our auditors and heightening the level of scrutiny on the code.
After finding 4 Highs, our audit contest raised the bar for how upgrades would be stress-tested under the new initiative, setting the foundation for long-term security.
