With land value tax funded universal basic income, owners pay to assert private ownership of parcels of land. Paying LVT is what gives their claim more weight, allowing them to exclude others.
But others are still compensated for their claim in the form of UBI.
As land speculation advances, yes, you DO need to own land to acquire wealth because earner power canβt compete with owner power.
These economic patterns were identified in 1879 by Henry George & theyβve repeated ever since.
Denying reality to this extent laughably insane.
Universal basic income is how we adapt. It's the only way to end the Rat Race destroying our climate and the only way to empower people to collectively start healing the Earth.
