SpaceX is telling the FAA it wants 10,000 launches a year — and paperwork is the only thing slowing it down. Valentina reports live from Starbase, Louisiana, where the new site alone could run ~30 launches a day. 🚀

$SPCX SpaceX told the FAA it "anticipates conducting 10,000 launches per year itself" and called FAA air traffic processes, not rockets, "the binding constraint" on cadence.
• Starbase Louisiana: "approximately 30 launches and reentries per day"
• 2025 baseline: 182 FAA-licensed launches, 7 reentries
• Ask: set launch corridors with auto-approval
Our take: 30 a day is ~11,000 a year, so Musk's math holds on paper. First launch there: 2029, per Reuters.

7 of 26 (27%) needed no surgery for the next 12 months

Q4 adj. EPS guide: $0.25

🦉 Guru take: demand isn't the problem, supply and mix are. Xeon is supply-capped while the PC slowdown runs at least through 1H next year (CFO). That's buying a bigger fridge the week the paycheck shrinks.

Tesla’s Board of Directors has sent a new letter to shareholders:
“Dear Tesla Shareholders,
We have always set ambitious goals at Tesla. Achieving them requires the right team and the right leadership at both the management and Board levels. At our Annual Meeting on December 3, 2026, our three Class I Directors - Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel - are up for re election.
We have all the building blocks necessary to propel us into our next phase of transformational growth, but we must keep the leadership that has proven key to Tesla's success. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about, and talking to people about a post-Falcon world. Why sunset the world’s best rocket? Can Starship replace it? What about Artemis? Why are SpaceXers flocking to Memphis? Grab a coffee, this is a long one.
