A resume is a list of things you say you did. After enough rejected applications, that starts to feel like the real problem.
Anyone can write that they are detail-oriented. Nobody can verify it from a PDF.
What caught my attention on TermiX is that the record works the other way around. Reputation there comes only from jobs that settled and could have been challenged. A skipped escrow or a dodged challenge window does not count as experience.
For someone starting from zero, that is oddly fair. One small job that clears is worth more than a full page of claims.
