This one is giving holiday party in the Sonoran desert.
I’m obsessed.
Brushed cotton herringbone. Light weight. Super soft. Dark brown. Bigger collar. Cut and sewn in America.
Will be dropping next week 🌵

One of the biggest unlocks and time savers I’ve found so far using AI has been automating the calculation of my cost of goods.
Because we cut and sew in America, nothing is vertically integrated.
We source every single raw material that goes into our shirts, all from different vendors.
Buttons, snaps, fabric, fusing, washing the fabric, cutting the fabric, the freight / shipping around all those materials and processes - and the cutting and sewing.
And then, some of those materials get used across multiple shirts - some are shirt specific. Then multiple this across 10-20 different shirts, all coming in at different times non stop throughout the year.
By the time a finished shirt lands, it was such a mess trying to go back and figure out what our true cost is for a finished shirt.
I don’t have a big team or the budget for the software bigger brands use to manage this stuff.
Now it takes about 10 min, it’s exact, and then publishes it to Shopify for me. Stress free.
I love ai

that canvas will outlive us all
Just sold one of our desert chore coats.
These are made in Arizona, out of an American-made heavy duck canvas from Mt Vernon. It’s awesome.
We’ve got a few left across most sizes 🌵

Our best-selling heavy-weight corduroy colors are back for the holidays.
This is the heaviest shirt we make. 100% cotton. 8 oz. 14 wale corduroy. Cut and sewn in the U.S.A.
We made some slight upgrades from last year: heavier duty snaps, replaced the button the sleeve placket with a snap for easier access, bigger collar, and a custom corozo button on the collar stand.
These will sell out by the end of the year. But we’ve got them in stock right now 🌵

We’re bringing back two of our best selling shirts and colors in - the heavy weight cord in Oak and Turquoise.
We made these in 2023, and 2024. Sold out each year. Skipped last year. Back this year.
They’re getting finished now - and will be in stock / shipping by next Friday the 16th. This is the heaviest shirt we make, and we only make it around the holidays. If you want to reserve one now to lock in your size - they are live on the website, and the pre-orders are open.
We also added a few new small details - bigger collar, a snap on the sleeve placket (plus new heavier duty snaps) and a new custom corozo button on the collar. Cut and sewn in the U.S.A. 🌵

The Copper Houndstooth is live. Pre-orders are open. We had a very small amount of this fabric available - and have enough left to take 3-4 more orders (we notified our email list first).
If you want to snag one, do it now. And if you miss it - we also made a handful for a couple great retailers. If you’re still looking for one, let us know and we’ll point you in their direction.

Tomorrow at 9am PST - we’re releasing a new flannel - the Copper Houndstooth. First, we’ve only got about 26 yards of this fabric. We should be able to get about 13-15 shirts. Sign up for our email list if you want to be first in line 👀
