13 civilians killed on a train platform in Dnipro by a Russian drone strike. To anyone still arguing that targeted sanctions relief or energy exemptions build goodwill with Moscow: look at the wreckage. This is Moscow’s answer to every Western debate about easing pressure. Concessions do not produce de-escalation; they produce dead civilians on train platforms. We cannot negotiate de-escalation with a terrorist state - we must suffocate its economy until it can no longer wage war.
A horrific Russian strike on the railway station in Dnipro. The Russians launched a drone attack on a platform where an ordinary commuter train and a scheduled passenger train were standing. Unfortunately, 13 people have been confirmed killed as of now. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Ten more people were injured. All necessary emergency services are working at the scene. Just how many terrorist strikes has Russia carried out against our people since sanctions were lifted on certain Russian oligarchs and the Russian energy sector, rather than de-escalating? This is precisely why Ukraine has always said that just and decisive action by America and Europe is needed in response to Russian escalation – sanctions against Moscow and its war machine must not be eased for as long as this Russian war continues. It is time for new, stronger sanctions steps by the EU, the United States, and the G7. I thank everyone who is ready to help in this way.

Once again, an atrocity that has been aided deliberately by the policies of the US government.

SPECIAL REPORT: Russian military victory over Ukraine is not inevitable. It is extraordinarily unlikely, in fact, unless Western support for Ukraine collapses. There is simply no inevitable correlation between the relative size of combatants and the outcome of a war — particularly when the war is existential for the smaller state but not for the larger one, as is true today. Russian President Vladimir Putin is nevertheless trying once again to breathe life into the myth of inevitable Russian military victory in order to persuade the United States and other supporters of Ukraine to compel Kyiv to surrender. Ukraine, not Russia, has actually held the initiative in key sectors of the frontline for much of the year and has developed a number of ways of offsetting the overall Russian manpower advantage. Russia’s population and relative (but diminishing) wealth will let Putin continue his war for a long time, to be sure. But Ukraine can also continue fighting for its existence as long as Western support continues.

I am genuinely astonished that, after Donald Trump has spent the past two years stripping Ukraine of virtually all Congressionally-approved aid, threatening Ukraine, fawning over Putin and bending over backwards to please him in every conceivable way, blaming Ukraine for being invaded, hurling vicious, absurd insults, blackmail, and torrents of lies at it, twisting its arm to force it into capitulation, humiliating it with his antics, making it a scapegoat for his own failures and incompetence in the eyes of voters, and now openly and definitively entering into direct collusion with the Kremlin and siding with it in exchange for promised corrupt “business opportunities” for himself, his family, and his inner circle -- there are still people who have the nerve search with a magnifying glass for ways in which Zelensky failed to kiss Trump's ass enthusiastically enough to explain why he has been treating Ukraine this way.

Trump has decided to hold me—rather than Putin—responsible for all the problems. He claims to his supporters that diesel prices in America are rising because of us, — Zelenskyy. I find it wrong and unacceptable that Trump blames me for Russian aggression and the crimes committed by Russia. He is distorting the context, and that is unfair. In my view, this is merely an attempt to divert attention from the situation in Iran and events in the Middle East. The Strait of Hormuz is blocked—that is the true core of the problem. Yet, all of this is being pinned on us, and I, as head of state, am being made a target.

Russia intends to exterminate Ukraine. Unless he is faced with disaster, the only 'peace' deal Putin will accept is one that makes it easier for Russia to erase Ukraine in a subsequent round of aggression. It's why Putin wants a deal to give him Ukraine's fortress cities of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, and why he has always demanded restrictions on the size of Ukraine's military.

“A hideous moral spectacle.” That Trump said this is beyond disgusting. When will the fucking senate wake the hell up and remove this morally corrupt traitor from the Oval Office and put him in prison where he belongs? WTF?

After almost 5 years of full-scale invasion, Russia is still at 0/23 for capturing Ukrainian regional capitals and special-status cities. Russia doesn't hold a single one more than it did before the full-scale war in 2021. A pathetic failure

The only other logical explanation for Trump going all in to support Putin right now (apart from the Kompromat/Krasnov theory) is that he needs Russian hacking/information warfare help in the mid terms. Which just underlies how much they helped in the past

Marine Le Pen’s attempt to portray her RN party as mainstream, and free from hostile foreign influence, is a sham. It secretly borrowed 9 million Euros from a Russian-owned bank in 2014 and her policy on Ukraine now echoes Putin’s talking points. Who does she think she’s fooling?

A vote for MAGA is a vote for Putin. A vote for the AfD is a vote for Putin. A vote for Le Pen is a vote for Putin. The free world needs to start acting like it.
