And still I wait and get over charged.... for those following this scam, as that is what it is, they've just sent me an email telling all customers to be responsible and save water this Bank Holiday! So how will I get my £70 a month worth of water on my own if I do?!?! #WaterScam – at Hedge End, England

So I'm still waiting to hear about a meter. They are sending me DMs while my water bill remains unjust. @Ofwat how can they charge me c. £70 a month when it is essentially just me and no pool or hot tub!? I pay for 2 people as my daughter lives here part-time. It's scandalous!

Feeling sick! I live in a 3 bed semi-detached house, with one adult daughter who is rarely at home. The house cannot have a water meter installed so @SouthernWater holds me hostage and has put my monthly bill up from £48.70 to an eye-watering £73.29 a month - let that sink in!!

My morning has not got off to a good start. I always, since my time at secondary school, start my day with a mug of black instant coffee! Today, I somehow managed to make a mug of coffee with two spoonfuls of instant coffee.... let's just say it was very unpleasant! – at Hedge End, England
