This. We have generally been fine most games but in 2-3 matches, the attacking play has been bog standard. Insipid. Stodgy. Genuinely think we goofed up not getting a LW in place of Martinelli, cause Eze is rubbish there. It’s a boon that the bench is great.

There was a similar theme in 22/23 & 23/24 when the team scored 88 & 91 goals in the league. Almost 2.5 goals a game. Got no plaudits from rival fans / journos back then when, team was finishing 2nd. Sadly, people will only cling on to last season’s set pieces, due to the league win. 🤷🏻♂️
Arteta's Arsenal have a new trademark goal. Set pieces are out... and flowing passing moves are in. So far this season, #AFC have already scored five goals after a sequence of 10 passes (36% of all goals). Last season, it was just 10%. Is Wengerball back?!
