People panicking about 50%+ of the supply hitting the market at TGE and dumping the chart to zero is a completely fair concern. But honestly, without full context on their price stabilization mechanisms yet, weβre all just guessing.
Giving away that much up front is a bold move
theyβre either absolute geniuses with a master plan, or complete rookies.
A few thoughts before everyone starts fading
β’ Don't jump to conclusions yet: Fading the project before they show all their cards makes zero sense.
Let them cook.
β’ Potential Price Defense: One play could be a team buyback using revenue from the NFT sale.
Bidders will price their bids based on expected FDV anyway, so if the market expects $3Mβ$5M FDV, bids will naturally adjust so buyers stay in profit.
β’ The Big Question: Can the team absorb the initial sell pressure? The math works, but whether they actually execute it remains to be seen.

How the Genesis sealed-bid auction works, explained with an example π
Imagine only 3 NFTs for sale. Minimum price: 500 cZAMA (example only).
4 people bid 1 NFT each:
β A: 3,000
β B: 1,500
β C: 1,000
β D: 500 (the minimum)
The top 3 bids win: A, B and C.
All winners pay the same final price, the lowest winning bid: 1,000.
β A pays 1,000, gets 2,000 back.
β B pays 1,000, gets 500 back.
β C pays 1,000.
β D bid the minimum, gets no NFT, gets 500 back.
Lesson: bidding the minimum doesn't mean you buy at the minimum. Bid what it's worth to you, you'll only pay the final price.

Genesis holders are getting a massive 10x multiplier here. Huge congrats if you locked in a WL spot when I first called this project out.
