Nikola is experiencing login issues for some users due to change to Teslas authentication system. We are investigating.

The issue has been resolved.

After further investigation we’ve identified the cause of login problems that affected some users earlier today, and have since rolled out a server-side update that addresses the issue.

The Nikola team is investigating an issue causing some account logins to time-out for some of our users. We will provide updates here as we have them.

.@Nikola_App 2.6 is a pretty big upgrade

Tesla’s authentication system appears to be having elevated error rates. This will prevent Nikola logins for the time being. (and logins in the official app) Existing Nikola users accounts are unaffected. Will provide updates here as the situation evolves.

We’re seeing elevated error rates with account creation for Nikola. This is related to Tesla’s authentication API changes. We are investigating.
