Almost everything produced and achieved during this era was by non-Arabs who were arguably only muslim on paper.

I don't understand why everyone is so outraged over the Mecca executions. This is what they do. This is islamic sharia law in practice. I despise it of course, but unlike most of you I don't pretend to be shocked. This is literally how their religion works, especially in Mecca. I'm a lot more surprised that some of you seem to think sharia law is some kind of compassionate and empathetic legal system that is supposed to spare people.
