The Governments reason for putting Folic Acid in food is because "our diets have changed as we don't eat food such as Spinach, Chard, Kale which naturally have it in". So now it's in everything from Bread, Biscuits, Breakfast Cereal, Cakes, Crumpets, Pastries, Burgers, Ready Meals, Cans of Soup, Gravy, Pizza, Crisps, Breaded Chicken, Sausages, Pasta, Oven Chips, Fish Batter and so on. How does not eating 2 or 3 sources of natural folic acid equate to putting it in every single food possible? A synthetic lab made chemical is not good for you.

My mother would have used the term ‘shouting like a fishwife!’
It was like watching a hungry seagull try to lecture on metaphysics.
Despite her obvious lack of ability, Haigh still trotted out stock insults aimed at her opposite number. At one point she suggested that Alex Burghart shouldn't read out his questions, before reading out her answers (and not answering his questions).
In fact, I got the sense that Burghart was being gentlemanly in his reticence to go in for the kill: had Labour put up an open can of sardines in the bottom of a barrel, it would have been a less obvious target than Haigh. But if anything, his stoic demeanour seemed to rile her further.
Burghart's questions were mostly about benefits. He highlighted the fact that the bill was higher now than it had been even during Covid.
Again and again Haigh – who yelled like an unlikeable landlady – insisted that the bill was coming down without explaining in any way how it would do so.

Two young girls ran into the Spring Cottage pub on Elmore Green Road in Bloxwich this afternoon after being followed from Bloxwich train station by an unidentified man, who allegedly touched one of the girls inappropriately before attempting to follow them into the pub.
A local parent reports that the same man approached her teenage daughter and her friend, who ran away frightened, before he was spotted trying to stop and speak to two other girls shortly before today's incident at the Spring Cottage.
Other Bloxwich residents also reported a similar incident around two weeks ago, when two other young girls ran into the Sir Robert Peel pub and alerted staff after being followed by the same man.
Police attended the Spring Cottage this afternoon and obtained the pub's CCTV footage. The man is described as an Asian male with dark hair and a thick black beard and moustache. He was wearing a grey and navy tracksuit with the hood pulled up at the time of the incident.
Despite the reported incidents, West Midlands Police have yet to issue a public appeal or statement about the incidents.
Residents in Bloxwich and the surrounding area are being urged to remain vigilant, and parents are advised to speak to their children about staying alert, avoiding strangers who approach them and seeking help from nearby businesses or staff if they feel uncomfortable or threatened.
Anyone who witnesses suspicious behaviour or has information that could assist police is urged to contact West Midlands Police on 101. Anyone witnessing an incident in progress or facing immediate danger should call 999.

OUR ENERGY IS DOOMED
👇👇👇👇👇
Burnham has just made new North Sea drilling ILLEGAL.
We are sitting on our own oil and gas under the North Sea and this government has banned us from going to get it.
At the same time we are importing over 40% of our energy from abroad, diesel is £2 a litre, bills are through the roof, and Brent crude is over $100 because of the Iran mess.
Nigel Farage is right — this is economic vandalism.
We are killing jobs in Aberdeen, killing tax revenue, and killing our own energy security.
And they call it the "Energy Independence Bill" — you couldn't make it up.
We will be paying for this for decades.

WTF..
Behind a wire fence lies a vast gaping wound of earth. Before Google’s arrival a few months ago, an estimated quarter of a million trees occupied the 330 hectares (815 acres) of forest near the town of Muhos in rural northern Finland. Now they are all gone.
After the tech company illegally stripped the entire area to build a datacentre – taking even the top soil with it – all that remains is a vast expanse of mud indented with the trail marks of machinery, puddles and mounds of earth, roots and branches. Residents say that brown water flowing off the site is going into a stream that feeds the Oulujoki River.
“It doesn’t end. It goes on and on,” says Mari Annala, an ecologist from the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation (SLL), looking at drone footage of the former forest from the perimeter.
More than a quarter of a million trees were cleared in northern Finland to make room for a data center. The cost is devastating—animals have lost their homes, the nearby river is now choked with muddy runoff, and an entire ecosystem is gone.
The survivors are desperate. Wolves and other wildlife that once roamed the forest are now fleeing to nearby villages, searching for food and shelter. When we destroy the natural world, we all pay the price.

That will be 249 days in prison without trial
He has been found guilty of no crimes
This is not justice
It's political persecution

This is Naveed Aktar who has just been granted Cat D prison and day release to help him settle back into the community.
He is the brother of the man who owned the "party house" that was used to abuse me in for years and for men from across the Country to come and abuse me and others. He was convicted of 2 counts of rape and given 17 years in 2019.
He was also caught smuggling drugs into prison through the crown court toilets during the trial and given extra time.
He has served just a fraction of these sentences and is soon going to back back in society.
