Church Girlies.. Can we leave a scripture for someone who is going through a hard time and doesn’t know what to pray.
when you figure out your period is never truly "late" it's a delayed ovulation because stress stops ovulation until your body feels safe which makes your cycle longer

Microwave/boiling water or kettle time is your best hack. The time it takes to do either task allows you to get tons of other things done as well!

I throw so much stuff away. If it’s left out on the counter, going in the trash. Random parts to a toy? Trash. Less is more
Being the first time guest at a black church is one of the worst things that can happen to an introvert.
If you breastfeed for 6 months :
- you made around 35 - 40 gallons of milk
- saved your family about $4200
- Transferred antibodies, immune cells, enzyme + hormones to your body
- Supported your baby's gut barrier + microbiome development
- Help lower your baby's risk of infection, GI illness, and long term metabolic disease
- Helped reduce your own lifetime risk of breast + ovarian cancer
The most selfless thing a woman can ever do for her baby, this is strength and determination ♥️

One of my favorite verse currently is in Amos.
Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” GOD’s Decree. “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once, and everywhere
