The standard cost of a referee course is £150 - but if you're black or of mixed race, it's only £40? Treating people differently due solely to their race or ethnic origin is discrimination and racist. Isn't it? Football needs more referees - period. 1/3

No trainer, no venue no subsidy. We did it ourselves and got 6 new referees qualified. The FA at a local and national level are useless. Unless it ticks a box. 3/3
