I’ve always had this burning passion inside me to change the world. When I was younger, I thought that meant accomplishing big things, building something meaningful, and leaving my mark. Now, at 62, I look around at a world that seems so different from
the world hasn’t faded, but my understanding of what that means has evolved. I’ve learned that every act of love, kindness, and compassion creates a ripple that can reach further than we’ll ever know.
We may not be able to change the entire world, but we all have the power to change someone’s world. And maybe that’s how we change the world together.

There is a lot happening in the world right now that can make us feel angry, divided, or even helpless. We may not be able to change it all, but we can decide what we add to it. What if each of us chose a little more love? More patience. More compassion.
More forgiveness. Less judgment. Love doesn’t have to be a grand gesture. Sometimes it’s simply how we treat the person standing in front of us. We all have a choice in the energy we put into this world.
Maybe the world doesn’t need us to do something big. Maybe it just needs each of us to bring a little more love into it.
